Located just north of Johnson Field, the 258,689 sq. ft. community will consist of four 3- and 4-story buildings housing 1,028 beds in 5 varying unit types.

Student amenities will include a 6,443 sq. ft. community center with fitness center, lounge/game room and ibar, 8 social lounges, 23 study rooms, 2 group study rooms, 29 hall niches, and 8 kitchen/laundry rooms.

American Campus Communities is committed to the design and development of a LEED Silver project. This commitment supports the University of New Mexico’s larger vision to reduce green house gas emissions and environmental stewardship.
