Todd & Associates, Inc. has teamed with American Campus Communities to design this 3-story, 348-bed student housing community on the Arizona State University West Campus. Long served as a commuter school for most students, the West Campus will soon house newly enrolled freshman on campus. It will be part of the largest transformation yet for a campus that opened to upper-classmen more than 25 years ago on the Phoenix-Glendale boundary.

Located along the campus’ Pedestrian Way, this 93,000 sq. ft academic village will feature 109 suite-style units for two to four residents. Community amenities will include a 2-level community center, 6 social lounges, 4 study rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 laundry facilities, a computer lounge and an interior landscaped courtyard. The building is designed to meet LEED Silver specifications.
