Todd & Associates, teamed with American Campus Communities, is providing programming and design services for this 4.7 acre site on the Northern Arizona University Campus. Stepping along with the existing terrain, two 4-story buildings will house a mix of 275 units totaling 550 beds, as well as 4,365 sq. ft. of student intended retail space. Both buildings will be located along the pedestrian way and a bridge will be installed over McConnell Drive, creating a strong connection of the north and south ped-ways.
A 2-story 11,245 sq. ft. community center will be a focus of student life, including a 4,238 sq. ft fitness center, business center, leasing area, mail room, game room, theater, and social lounge. In addition, there will be 2-story neighborhood amenity areas located on each floor of both buildings, and include two study rooms, kitchen, lounge and laundry areas. Outdoor amenities will include a plaza area accommodating benches, tables, landscape, and access to retail space.
