The Village at Ocotillo is an independent and assisted living senior community originally designed and marketed for independent living. The program was changed to include assisted living shortly after opening, increasing occupancy to 100%. One of the unique qualities of this community is its apartment units. The 120 one and two-bedroom residences are dispersed throughout residential wings connected through a central hub. These residential wings create a smaller footprint with courtyards that break-up the building mass. The centrality of these units provides accessible mobility for residents.
Socialization areas are located in every wing with access to outdoor common areas and gardens. Resident services are customized to their living styles through accommodations and amenities. Units are licensed and built for a higher level of care, ensuring quality of living to age in place.
