Todd & Associates is presently seeking qualified applicants for the following positions:

Project Manager
Licensed Project Managers with 6 years of residential / hospitality / mixed-use experience
Candidate must demonstrate an ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently through all phases of the architectural and construction process in detail while reporting to the Studio Leader. The applicant must also possess strong leadership skills and mentoring capabilities in a team environment. Inter-personal client communication and presentation skills are essential.

Project Manager – Senior Living Environments
Licensed Project Managers with 6 years of experience in Senior Living Environments
Candidate must demonstrate an ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently through all phases of the architectural and construction process in detail while reporting to the Studio Leader. The applicant must also possess strong leadership skills and mentoring capabilities in a team environment. Inter-personal client communication and presentation skills are essential.

Job Captain / Project Architect
Job Captains / Project Architects with at least 3 years of residential / hospitality / mixed-use experience
Candidates will be responsible for the knowledge of building codes, development of details and the organization of construction documents and help define project goals and schedules while reporting to the Project Manager. It will be vital that the applicant effectively communicate and coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, vendors and architectural staff. The candidate should also have a full understanding of Auto Cad 2004 and Architectural Desktop 2004 and will be required to manage the project’s electronic files using Cad Standards including the proper back-up and organization of milestone packages. Strong leadership skills and mentoring capabilities in a team environment is essential to this position. Inter-personal client communication and presentation skills are also a requisite. Project Architects must be registered in the state of Arizona.

Architectural Intern / Project Technician
Candidates with an Architectural degree and at least one year’s experience
An aptitude for problem solving is vital as well as the ability to communicate successfully in a variety of mediums including CAD, drawing by hand, and three-dimensional models. Applicants should have a working knowledge of building codes, materials, systems, consultants and construction methods. Candidates will be evaluated on their capacity to absorb knowledge and contribute in a team environment.
