International Conference Resorts of America came to us with the design need of 60 new guest suites, 4 meeting rooms and pool function facilities for fast-track construction at existing Cheyenne Mountain Conference Resort. The resort, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, used rough-hewn wood siding and materials to complement the natural terrain. This 42,000 sq. ft. project also involved building renewal services for fire-damaged guest rooms and meeting rooms in the center of the facility.
