Design services were provided for an expansion/renovation program to the existing Carefree Conference Resort. Designed with the flexibility to partition large conference spaces into smaller meeting rooms, a new 10,000 sq. ft. conference/dining room was constructed, and renovations to the existing kitchen were made. A new salon and administration space were added as well as a 12,500 sq. ft. opera house with dining areas, a stage and support facilities. Also included in the expansion were 57 new suites to the adjoining hotel.
All new construction and renovations were successfully integrated with existing architecture of the resort.
